As we all head back into our "Routine" of life - we must also remember to take time for ourselves. September is a month that represents many new beginnings: with the start of the new school year, new friends, and new learnings! Yoga is simply a practice of life: practicing balance, alignment, awareness, strength, curiosity & love - all the things we need to Re-"New" this September. KIDDIE YOGA (ages 3-6)
Mondays from 4:00-4:45pm
This class designed for children 3-6 years old is a combination of Yoga, Creative movement, Art, & fun. This age group is inquisitive, fun-loving, & hungry for new and exciting movement. In Kiddie Yoga we support this attitude of fun with learning through the body, mind, and spirit. We explore the body and how it can move. We cultivate our minds with guided drawing exercises and journaling. We resonate in spirit by growing the child's understanding of love through experience. This is a unique opportunity for your child... & one not to miss..

YOGA BASICS (ages 7-11)
Mondays from 4:45-6:00pm
This class is for children ages 7-11 years old, and is definitely FUN! In between laughing, we learn control & commitment to our bodies. We learn how yoga can be applied to everything, including how we relate to our siblings and friends and parents and teachers. This is an amazing age, free of inhibition and judgment. It is a time of "Play" and "Joy" and we explore this through our bodies. Each week we focus on a new alignment principle and attempt a goal pose which embodies our lessons. Through structure we find freedom, giving these kids a true outlet of expression. Register today! Spots fill quickly for this age level.

MOMMY & ME
Wednesdays from 11:30-12:30pm
Come and deepen your bond to yourself and your baby. Strengthen your body and soul after giving birth, whether it’s been 6 weeks or 2 years. Nourish yourself being with other moms and babies while rejoicing in the beauty of sharing yoga with your little ones. We will divide the time we have together focusing on yoga poses for ourselves as well as for our babies. We will include some massage, songs and yoga for babies to leave them shining and radiant too. Have fun through a structured activity that will help you and your precious babe to reduce stress, feel more connected and experience the joy of motherhood. (Dads are welcome too!)
Our Price: 8 classes for $85 or 10 classes for $100
TEEN YOGA (ages 12-16)
Wednesdays from 4:30-5:45pm
This class is for yogi's ages 12-16. In this class we dig deep to understand our bodies and how they are really working and how they want to work- uncovering our inherent greatness. This age is in constant growth, using yoga to create a genuine relationship with their bodies is So Important! In this class we will read myths, journal, talk, learn meditation & breathing techniques and Move our bodies. Learning to take Yoga into their everyday life will help make this time of life a joy. Make sure to sign up your teen for this class to help reduce stress and aid in every aspect of their lives.

pleasure to teach them. I look forward to these camps all year long, because
we can go much deeper than classes allow for...and... we have FUN! If your
child has any food allergies, I need to know them ahead of time, as a snack is
provided each day.
Kid’s Birthday Parties!
Come have an awesome Yogic Birthday to your child, here at Yoga Montclair
led by Omni Kitts. She will guide up to 15 kids in a fun & energetic Yoga class,
filled with Yoga postures, games, music & more. Included in this fee is:
- • 2-hour Space rental /including 1 hr led class
- • Custom cupcakes
- • All Inclusive fee ~ $250-$350(depending on # of kids)
