Raised in a family rooted in energy work and holistic health, Linda began investigating the ancient science and art of Pranic Healing in high school, which she studied for several years under the guidance of the founder of the energy healing practice as well as his protegees in the U.S. Then, after graduating NYU with a double major in Economics and Finance, everything changed. As she used her education while working 9-5 in the corporate world, Linda began gravitating towards the spiritual endeavors more closely aligned with her pre-college experiences. As her practice evolved, her body became more flexible than ever, which helped her begin to find peace in all aspects of her life. With a desire to serve and share her happiness, Linda sought a style of yoga that would embrace the heart of all and nurture the mind, soul & body. In the fall of 2005, her search led her to Anusara and the teacher training program at Yoga Montclair. Through teaching here and participating in ongoing training through Anusara Yoga, she has grown more grounded and lives each day with a keen focus on her family, remaining blissfully happy, humbly thankful, ever-changing, and always looking for new challenges.
