Vishali Varga

Vishali is the founding Director of Yoga Montclair in New Jersey. She is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. Her practice of yoga began in 1989 and for over a decade she has studied with John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga. In 1990, Vishali traveled to India and for the next 8 years lived at Shree Muktananda Ashram, both in India and South Fallsburg, NY. As the director of Video Courses she created yoga philosophy and meditation programs, which enabled her to study with world-renowned scholars including Douglas Brooks, and Sally Kempton. Vishali's training in Anusara Therapeutics has been a great asset in her own personal practice and now she shares her experience while teaching therapeutic yoga workshops.
